All restoration, remediation, clean-up, and reconstruction services, including all payment terms, financial obligations, service fees, deductibles, and scopes of work, are strictly governed by a separately executed, written Work Authorization or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

2. Service Requests & Emergency Response Claims

• Booking & Dispatch Requests: Submitting an online contact form, booking request, or service inquiry does not constitute an immediate acceptance of work or a confirmed service appointment. Online requests are not confirmed until explicitly accepted and scheduled by our dispatch team.
• “On-Site in 45 Minutes” Service Claim: Any references on this Site to arrival times (such as “On-Site in 45 Minutes” or rapid emergency dispatch) represent an operational target for emergency calls within our primary Tampa Bay service coverage area during standard operating conditions. Arrival times are not contractual guarantees and remain subject to traffic conditions, severe weather, technician availability, geographic location, and safe travel conditions.

3. Scope of Insurance Assistance & Disclaimers

Skyward Restoration LLC assists property owners by preparing estimates, taking field photographs, generating invoices, and providing factual documentation relating strictly to the physical restoration work performed or proposed by our firm.

• No Public Adjusting or Policy Interpretation: Skyward Restoration LLC does not interpret insurance policies, determine insurance coverage, prepare or negotiate insurance claims on behalf of policyholders, or act as a public adjuster, licensed insurance agent, or legal representative, unless specifically licensed to do so under applicable Florida law.
• Coverage Determinations: All insurance policy coverage interpretations, claim approvals, and claim payments rest solely between the property owner and their insurance carrier.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content featured on or incorporated into this Site, including but not limited to written copy, text, photographs, graphics, logos, images, before-and-after project displays, visual interfaces, and website code, is the property of Skyward Restoration LLC (or used under valid authorization) and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
